HOW IT WORKS

  • Our Women in Leadership Program is designed as a cohort-based journey starting in June 2025. This immersive program brings together women leaders from diverse backgrounds to develop essential leadership skills, build strategic influence, and cultivate impactful networks.

    • Duration: 8 Weeks

    • Format: Hybrid (Online Workshops + In-Person Networking)

    • Session Frequency: Weekly sessions (90 minutes each)

    • Session Format:

      • 45 minutes of interactive learning (facilitated by industry experts)

      • 30 minutes of peer collaboration and discussions

      • 15 minutes of Q&A and reflection

  • At the end of the program, participants will present a leadership challenge they have tackled, demonstrating their growth and applied skills.

    1. Application:

      • Complete the online application form on our website. This will include questions about your leadership experience, motivation to join, and key goals.

    2. Selection:

      • Applications are reviewed within 2 weeks. You will receive a confirmation email if selected.

    • Upon acceptance, you will receive a link to complete your registration and make the program fee payment.

    • Payment Plans Available: One-time payment or 2-month installment plan.

  • Once registered, you will receive a welcome pack, including the program syllabus, access to online platforms, and your first session details.

  • Depending on the Join us for an online kickoff session to meet your cohort members and mentors!
