Who We Are

Talent Diverse is more than a talent sourcing platform. We are a community-driven and talent empowering and connecting platform focusing on minorities and underrepresented groups across Europe. We empower the talent on our platform to develop and evolve their careers while connecting them to opportunities and employers who match their goals as professionals.

Our platform is powered by Black in Tech Berlin, Women and Work Connect, My Career Path and several grassroot minority communities in Germany and Europe that are focusing on empowerment through work, education and training.

Talent Diverse, BlackinTech Berlin, Women and Work Connect are all subsidiaries of mcp My Career Path UG business registration number HBR 32293 Amtsgericht Potsdam.

  1. Your company should be interested in hiring candidates from underrepresented groups.

  2. Your company should have begun or has been involved in diversity and inclusion conversations.

  3. Your team is on board with your vision to grow an inclusive and safe organization that welcomes underrepresented talent.

  4. Your hiring processes are fair and safe for women and minorities.

Terms of Service

The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to doing business with Talent Diverse a service of mcp My Career Path UG a company  registered in Germany under the laws  and Jurisdiction of said state at HBR 32293 Amtsgericht Potsdam.

Our Mission

Talent Diverse is a community driven sourcing and engagement platform for diverse talent and companies interested in increasing diversity in their organizations.

Our Focus

Our focus is on minorities and underrepresented talent across Europe

Fees and Payment

Fees and payment are agreed upon before employers begin to source and engage candidates on our platform.

For Candidates

  1. Our service is free for candidates looking for employment

  2. We collect information that will enable candidates to create a profile demonstrating which area of work the candidate focuses in.

  3. Your information will only be processed for the purposes of job finding

  4. Once you sign up on our platform you agree to the terms and conditions for using the platform.

  5. When you enter into a contract with a company because of the interaction on our platforms and communities, we expect both you and the company to notify us in writing within 7 working days.

  6. We do not facilitate the process of contract signing between companies and candidates but we can provide referral to our experienced partners on employment law.

  7. As a candidate on our platform you can refer a friend to our platform, if they get hired you are entitled to a bonus that would be disclosed to you once you sign up for the program.

For Companies

  1. When you agree to partner with Talent Diverse, you agree to the value of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging.

  2. You must be a legally registered company in order to become a partner on Talent Diverse.

  3. Talent Diverse will be the means through which we share your company information and opportunities.

  4. You are not to use our communities as a source of more advertising beyond what has been agreed up in our terms of service.

  5. An agreement between your company and Talent Diverse under mcp MyCareerPath UG shall be signed before beginning to source and engage talent.

  6. Our sourcing services apply to all forms of employment which include  - Internships, full time work, part time work as well as contracting work.

  7. As a company you must provide Talent Diverse with a designated point of contact for interaction between our platform, community and your organisation.

Fees and Payment for Companies

  1. Your fees and payment shall be agreed upon after deciding which customer package your company will go with.

  2. Talent Diverse invoices are due before the service start for talent engagement

  3. Talent Diverse placement fees are due as soon as the candidate has signed a contract with your company.

  4. As an accountability partner we expect you to let us know in writing  when you have entered into agreement with a candidate.

Termination of Service for Companies

  1. A notice period of three calendar months shall be provided to cancel a relationship between Talent Diverse and your company.

  2. All remaining invoices should be settled before termination.

Termination of Use for Candidates

  1. As a candidate you can cancel your profile anytime and your information will be deleted under GDPR laws in Europe.

Dispute Resolution

  1. If any dispute arises between Talent Diverse and users on the platform, the resolution shall be guided by mcp My Career Path UG.

  2. Users on the platform referring to both companies and candidates needs to notify Talent Diverse in writing of any possible dispute under hello@talentdiverse.com

  3. All disputes are between Talent Diverse and mcp MyCareerPath as legal entities separate from their founders.
